Please bring a physical identification, original and valid (Passport, ID Card, Driver License, etc.), payment in cash and any vaccination records you may have.

We accept walk-ins from Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M and Saturdays, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. 

You can also schedule an appointment by emailing us at liliaablesmd@gmail.com with your name, phone number and preferred date of appointment.

We accept digital vaccination records from any country, as long as it has the person's full name, full date of birth, full date of the vaccination, full name of the vaccine, a valid doctor signature and seal.

For a typical case with all inmunizations and no abnormal lab results, the turnaround time is around 3 to 4 business days.

The vaccines/inmunizations are not included with the I-693 Immigration Medical Exam price. But, we do offer a package that includes all the inmunizations required by age, except for COVID and Chickenpox. This package is only offered for applicants over the age of 18.
